Your client area is available at my.maxihoster.com. This is where you manage your services, domains, invoices and orders.
Signing in
- Go to my.maxihoster.com.
- Enter your email address in the Email field.
- Enter your Mot de passe (password).
- Click Se connecter (Sign in).
Use the email address you gave when placing your first order. It is also the address that receives your invoices.
The connection is encrypted with TLS 1.3. If your browser reports a certificate problem, do not enter your credentials and contact us: it may mean you are not on the right site.
Forgotten password
- On the sign-in page, click Mot de passe oublié ?
- Enter the email address of your account.
- You will receive a message containing a reset link.
- Follow that link and choose a new password.
If the message has not arrived after a few minutes, check your junk folder. If it is still missing, the address you entered probably does not belong to the account: try another one, or write to us.
Creating an account
Do not have an account yet? Click S’inscrire (Sign up) from the sign-in page. Creating an account is free and carries no commitment: it lets you order a domain, hosting or mailboxes.
Changing the language
The selector at the top of the page switches between FR, DE, EN and IT. Your choice is kept for future visits.
Still unable to sign in?
Write to support@maxihoster.com quoting the email address concerned. Never send us your password: we do not need it, and none of our staff will ever ask you for it.
